主要研究方向为食品功能因子基因工程菌种的构建、智能高通量进化筛选、以及发酵工艺优化;主持2项省部级人才项目,5项国家及省部级科研项目核心参与多项企业项目;发表SCI论文15篇,申请专利9项(其中4申请国际专利),授权4项;相关菌种成功推广到企业,为企业新增加利润超过2亿元。
